data pelaporan.
Mengubah periode retensi data
Secara default, data pelaporan untuk laporan Anda disimpan sesuai dengan periode retensi yang ada dan ditentukan di pengelola laporan. Secara default, periode retensi ditetapkan ke satu tahun. Dengan Ubah periode retensi data, Anda dapat memperpanjang periode retensi hingga 10 tahun dan mengubah periode retensi antara 1 hari dan 10 tahun.
Jika Anda mengurangi periode retensi data, Anda tidak akan dapat mengambil data
untuk periode yang telah dikurangi. Misalnya, mengubah periode retensi data
dari 10 tahun menjadi 8 tahun akan menyebabkan hilangnya data pelaporan untuk
2 tahun terlama.
Gunakan petunjuk berikut untuk mengubah periode retensi data:
Klik tab Laporan, lalu pilih Ekspor laporan historis dari menu drop-down.
Klik Ubah periode retensi data.
Di kolom Retain data for, masukkan periode retensi dan
pilih Year, Month, Week, atau Day dari menu drop-down.
Centang kotak Pilih untuk mengonfirmasi bahwa Anda ingin mengubah periode retensi data.
Klik Simpan.
Mungkin perlu waktu satu hari agar periode retensi yang diubah dapat diterapkan.
Mengekspor laporan historis
Untuk mengekspor laporan historis, Anda memerlukan hal berikut:
Bucket Cloud Storage. Bucket ini berfungsi sebagai tujuan untuk laporan yang diekspor. Anda dapat Membuat bucket Cloud Storage baru atau menggunakan bucket yang ada.
Tetapkan peran IAM Storage Object Creator (roles/storage.objectCreator) ke
bucket. Peran ini memberikan izin untuk mengakses bucket Cloud Storage tempat laporan akan diekspor. Penetapan peran ke bucket adalah aktivitas satu kali.
Diberi peran IAM Pengguna Pencadangan dan Pencadangan DR (roles/backupdr.backupUser) untuk mengekspor laporan.
Gunakan petunjuk berikut untuk mengekspor laporan historis ke bucket Cloud Storage:
Klik tab Laporan, lalu pilih Ekspor laporan historis dari menu drop-down.
Klik ikon calendar_month, lalu pilih
tanggal Dari dan Sampai. Tanggal Dari yang dapat dipilih dibatasi berdasarkan periode retensi yang dikonfigurasi untuk laporan Anda. Tanggal Sampai maksimum yang dapat Anda
pilih adalah kemarin.
Dari bagian Laporan yang akan diekspor, pilih laporan dari salah satu kategori berikut yang ingin Anda ekspor.

Di kolom Bucket name, masukkan nama bucket yang Anda buat untuk
mengekspor laporan bawaan. Jika tidak mengekspor laporan dalam 90 hari terakhir, Anda harus memasukkan kembali nama bucket.
Untuk menetapkan izin ke bucket Cloud Storage, lakukan hal berikut.
Peran ini memberikan akses ke bucket Cloud Storage tempat laporan akan diekspor.
Buka Google Cloud konsol dan klik Aktifkan cloud shell.

The selectable **From** date is limited based on the\n retention period configured for your reports. The maximum **To** date that you\n can select is yesterday.\n\n3.
