If you're already paying for the product, any adjusted\npricing begins as soon as the contract starts. When the contract ends, you can\ncontinue using the software by paying the list price (for some\n[pricing models](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/select-pricing-model)), or\nyou can work with the vendor before the current contract ends to renew the\noffer or receive a new offer.\n\nWhen a Cloud Marketplace vendor sets up a private offer, they specify\nseveral details, including the following:\n\n- **Customer details**: Your organization's information, including a\n Cloud Billing account from your Google Cloud organization. To view\n and purchase the offer, you must have access to the Cloud Billing\n account listed in the offer.\n\n- **Offer pricing**: The customized pricing that you receive, based on the\n product's pricing plan.\n\n- **Payment schedule**: The frequency and timing for how you pay for the offer.\n You're charged either upfront (for prepay payment schedules) or monthly (for\n postpay payment schedules).\n\n- **Contract duration**: How long the offer is in effect.\n\n- **End user license agreement (EULA)**: The terms governing your usage of the\n product.\n\n| **Note:** For VM and Kubernetes products, infrastructure costs aren't included in the private offer discounts.\n\nYou can only purchase a private offer once. To update an offer, the vendor must\nsend you a new offer to replace the active one.
