Auf dieser Seite erfahren Sie, wie Sie in der Verwaltungskonsole Ressourcenprofile erstellen, in denen Sicherungen im selbst verwalteten Speicher gespeichert werden. Wenn Sie Ihre Sicherungen in einem Backup Vault speichern möchten, lesen Sie den Hilfeartikel Backup Vault für unveränderliche und nicht löschbare Sicherungen.
In einem Ressourcenprofil werden die Speichermedien für Sicherungen von Anwendungs- und VM-Daten angegeben. Die Vorlage und das Ressourcenprofil, aus denen der Sicherungsplan besteht, legen fest, welche Art von Richtlinien für Anwendungsdaten angewendet werden und wo die Sicherungen der Anwendungsdaten gespeichert werden (welcher Speicherpool verwendet wird).
In Ressourcenprofilen wird festgelegt, welcher Snapshot-Pool (falls erforderlich) verwendet und welche Daten der Remote-Appliance repliziert werden.
Im Menü „Sicherungspläne“ können Sie neben Vorlagen auch Ressourcenprofile erstellen. In Profilen wird festgelegt, wo Daten gespeichert werden. Profile werden durch die folgenden Parameter definiert:
Primäre Appliance: Die Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance, für die das Ressourcenprofil erstellt wird. Dazu gehört auch die Auswahl des Appliance-Snapshot-Pools, der verwendet werden soll.
Speichertyp: OnVault-Pools können auf Backup Vaults oder auf Cloud Storage verweisen. Beim Erstellen eines Profils müssen Sie angeben, welcher Speichertyp verwendet werden soll, wenn ein OnVault-Pool angegeben ist. Diese Auswahl kann nach dem Erstellen des Profils nicht mehr geändert werden.
(Optional) OnVault-Pools: Es sind bis zu vier OnVault-Speicherpools verfügbar.
In den OnVault-Pools werden komprimierte und verschlüsselte Sicherungen von Anwendungsdaten gespeichert.
(Optional) Remote-Appliance: Die Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance, die für die Remote-Replikation verwendet wird. Dieses Remote-Gerät muss bereits mit dem ausgewählten lokalen Gerät gekoppelt sein. Sie können das Feld „Remote-Gerät“ nur konfigurieren, wenn auf dem ausgewählten lokalen Gerät ein oder mehrere Remote-Geräte konfiguriert sind. Ressourcenprofile werden im App-Manager auf Anwendungen angewendet. Sie funktionieren zusammen mit Richtlinienvorlagen:
Eine Richtlinienvorlage ohne Replikationsrichtlinie kann zusammen mit einem Ressourcenprofil auf eine Anwendung angewendet werden.
Eine Richtlinienvorlage mit einer Replikationsrichtlinie muss zusammen mit einem Ressourcenprofil auf eine Anwendung angewendet werden, in dem Daten entweder auf einer anderen Appliance oder im Speicherpool von OnVault gespeichert werden.
Sie definieren ein Profil für jede Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance, die der Verwaltungskonsole hinzugefügt wurde.
Ressourcenprofil erstellen
So erstellen Sie ein Ressourcenprofil:
Klicken Sie auf Sicherungspläne und wählen Sie in der Liste Profile aus.
Die Seite Profile wird geöffnet.
Klicken Sie auf Profil erstellen.
Die Seite Profil erstellen wird mit einem neuen (leeren) Ressourcenprofil geöffnet.
Geben Sie im Feld Profil einen aussagekräftigen Profilnamen ein.
Geben Sie im Feld Beschreibung eine kurze Beschreibung des Ressourcenprofils ein.
Klicken Sie auf Primäre Appliance und wählen Sie im Drop-down-Menü die Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance aus, die als primäre (lokale) Appliance gilt. Dies ist die Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungsanwendung, für die das Profil erstellt wird und auf der sich die Daten-Images befinden.
Klicken Sie auf Snapshot-Pool und wählen Sie im Drop-down-Menü den Snapshot-Pool aus, in dem Sie Snapshot-Images speichern möchten. Im Drop-down-Menü werden alle Snapshot-Pools angezeigt.
Optional: In den nummerierten Listen OnVault-Pool können Sie einen OnVault-Pool auswählen, um die Daten in einem Google Cloud -Speicher-Bucket oder in einem Back-up-Vault zu speichern. Sie können bis zu vier verschiedene Zielpools auswählen oder Keiner beibehalten, wenn Sie keinen OnVault-Pool konfigurieren möchten.
Sie können OnVault-Pools nur auswählen, wenn die Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance die OnVault-Speicherpools definiert hat.
Optional: Wählen Sie in der Drop-down-Liste Remote Appliance eine Remote Appliance aus, für die Daten für die Remote-Replikation verwendet werden. Sie können diese Option nur auswählen, wenn das Gerät mit einem anderen Gerät verbunden ist.
Klicken Sie auf Profil speichern.
Ressourcenprofile ansehen und filtern
Im Fenster „Profile“ in den Sicherungsplänen werden alle in der Verwaltungskonsole erstellten Ressourcenprofile aufgeführt. Im Fenster „Profile“ sehen Sie die Appliance, den Profilnamen, die Profilbeschreibung, die lokale Appliance, die Remote-Appliance, den OnVault-Speicherpool und den Snapshot-Pool, die mit allen Ressourcenprofilen in der Verwaltungskonsole verknüpft sind. Sie können die Anzeige der Felder in der Tabelle „Profile“ ändern. Mit der Filterfunktion können Sie Ressourcenprofile auch nach Name und Beschreibung suchen.
So rufen Sie die Ressourcenprofile auf:
Klicken Sie auf Sicherungspläne und wählen Sie im Drop-down-Menü die Option Profile aus.
Die Seite Profile wird geöffnet.
Wählen Sie in der Liste das Ressourcenprofil aus, das Sie aufrufen möchten.
So können Sie die Darstellung der Properties in dieser Ansicht ändern:
Felder anpassen Wenn Sie die in der Tabelle angezeigten Felder ändern möchten, klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste in die Zeile mit der Tabellenüberschrift und dann auf die Kästchen für die Felder, die angezeigt werden sollen (oder die nicht angezeigt werden sollen).
Inhalte sortieren Wenn Sie die in einer Tabellenspalte aufgeführten Inhalte alphabetisch sortieren möchten, wählen Sie eine Spaltenüberschrift aus und klicken Sie auf den Pfeil Nach oben oder Nach unten, um die Reihenfolge zu ändern.
Spaltenbreite anpassen Wenn Sie die Breite einer Tabellenspalte anpassen möchten, um mehr Inhalt in der Tabelle anzuzeigen, ziehen Sie die Spaltentrennlinie in einer Spaltenüberschrift nach links oder rechts, um die Spaltenbreite zu ändern.
Spaltentrennzeichen sind durch zwei dünne graue Linien gekennzeichnet.
Filtern nach Klicken Sie auf Filter anzeigen, um die Liste der Hosts zu filtern.
Geben Sie nach Bedarf ein oder mehrere Filterkriterien ein. Wenn Sie einen Filter löschen möchten, klicken Sie rechts neben dem angewendeten Filter auf das x.
Klicken Sie auf das Exportsymbol, um die Liste der Ressourcenprofile zu exportieren. Sie können sie im PDF-Format exportieren.
Ressourcenprofil ändern
So ändern Sie ein Ressourcenprofil:
Klicken Sie auf den Tab Sicherungspläne und wählen Sie im Drop-down-Menü die Option Profile aus.
Die Seite Profile wird geöffnet.
Wählen Sie in der Liste das Ressourcenprofil aus, das Sie ändern möchten, und dann unten rechts im Fenster in der Drop-down-Liste die Option Bearbeiten aus.
Nehmen Sie die erforderlichen Änderungen am Ressourcenprofil vor:
Geben Sie im Feld Profil einen aussagekräftigen Profilnamen ein.
Geben Sie im Feld Beschreibung eine kurze Beschreibung dieses Ressourcenprofils ein.
Wählen Sie in der Drop-down-Liste Primär gegebenenfalls die primäre (lokale) Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance aus, für die das Profil erstellt wird und auf der sich die Daten-Images befinden.
Ändern Sie gegebenenfalls in der Drop-down-Liste Snapshot-Pool den Pool, in dem die Snapshots aufbewahrt werden sollen. Im Drop-down-Menü „Pool“ werden alle Snapshot-Pools angezeigt, die während und nach der Installation der Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance erstellt wurden.
Aktualisieren Sie alle OnVault-Pools, an die Daten gesendet werden. Sie können diese Option nur auswählen, wenn auf dieser Appliance der OnVault-Speicherpool definiert ist.
Optional: Wählen Sie in der Drop-down-Liste Remote Appliance (Remote-Gerät) eine der folgenden Optionen aus:
Eine Remote-Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance, auf die Daten für die Remote-Replikation verwendet werden. Sie können diese Option nur auswählen, wenn das Gerät mit einem anderen Gerät verbunden ist.
Keine: Daten werden nicht repliziert.
Klicken Sie auf Profil speichern.
Ressourcenprofil löschen
So löschen Sie ein Ressourcenprofil:
Klicken Sie auf den Tab Sicherungspläne und wählen Sie im Drop-down-Menü die Option Profile aus.Die Seite „Profile“ wird geöffnet.
Wählen Sie in der Liste das Ressourcenprofil aus, das Sie löschen möchten, und dann rechts unten im Fenster in der Drop-down-Liste die Option Löschen.
Klicken Sie im Bestätigungsdialogfeld auf Bestätigen. Das Ressourcenprofil wird gelöscht.

The OnVault pools store compressed and encrypted backups of application data.\n- **(Optional) Remote appliance** : The backup/recovery appliance used for\n remote replication. This remote appliance must be an appliance that is\n already paired to the selected local appliance. You can configure the remote\n appliance field only when one or more remote appliances are configured on\n the selected local appliance. See [Join appliance in non-sharing mode](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/concepts/br-appliance-control-panel#joining_in_non-sharing_mode).\n\nResource profiles are applied to applications in the **App Manager** and the\nresource profiles work in tandem with policy templates:\n\n- A policy template that doesn't include a replication policy can be applied to an application along with a resource profile.\n- A policy template that includes a replication policy must be applied to an application along with a resource profile that stores data either on another appliance or to storage defined by OnVault storage pool.\n\nYou define a profile for any backup/recovery appliance that has been\nadded to the management console.\n\nCreate a resource profile\n-------------------------\n\nUse these instructions to create a resource profile:\n\n1. Click **Backup Plans** and select **Profiles** from the list.\n\n The **Profiles** page opens.\n2. Click **Create Profile**.\n\n The **Create Profile** page opens with a new (empty) resource profile.\n3. In the **Profile** field, enter a descriptive profile name.\n\n | **Note:** For profile name, enter an alphanumeric text string. Spaces, underscores (_), and dashes (-) are allowed in a name; but don't include special characters.\n4. In the **Description** field, enter a brief description about the resource\n profile.\n\n5. Click **Primary Appliance**, and select the backup/recovery appliance that is\n considered as the primary (local) appliance from the drop-down. This is\n the backup/recovery appliance that the profile is created for and where\n data images reside.\n\n6. Click **Snapshot Pool**, and select the snapshot pool where you want to store\n snapshot images from the drop-down. The drop-down displays all snapshot pools.\n\n | **Note:** To back up Google Cloud console instances, you should only use the pool type *Cloud* . For VMware VM and agent-based backups, always select a pool that has the **Snapshot pool** type as shown in **Manage** \\\u003e **Storage Pools**.\n7. Optional: From the numbered **OnVault Pool** lists, you can select an\n OnVault pool to store the data in a Google Cloud storage bucket or in a\n backup vault. You can select up to four different target pools or\n you can keep the **None** if you don't want to configure an OnVault pool.\n\n | **Note:** Direct to OnVault policies use only one OnVault pool.\n | **Note:** Each OnVault pool that you select as a target must point to a different object storage bucket or backup vault.\n\n You can select OnVault pools only if the backup/recovery appliance has\n defined the OnVault Storage pools.\n8. (Optional) From the **Remote Appliance** drop-down list, select a remote\n appliance to which data is used for remote replication. You can select this\n option only if the appliance is joined with another appliance.\n\n9. Click **Save Profile**.\n\nView and filter resource profiles\n---------------------------------\n\nThe Profiles window in the backup plans lists all of the resource profiles\ncreated on the management console. From the Profiles window you can see the appliance,\nprofile name, profile description, local appliance, remote appliance,\nOnVault storage pool, and snapshot pool associated with all resource profiles\nin the management console. You can modify the display of fields that appear in the\nProfiles table, and you can also use the filter feature to locate\nresource profiles by name and description.\n\nTo view the resource profiles:\n\n1. Click **Backup Plans** , and select **Profiles** from the drop-down menu.\n\n The **Profiles** page opens.\n2. In the list, select the resource profile that you want to view.\n\n3. To modify the display of the properties in this view, you can do the\n following:\n\n - **Adjust Fields**. To modify the fields that appear in the table, right-click within the table header row and click the checkboxes for the fields you want displayed (or those fields you don't want to view).\n - **Sort Content** . To sort the content listed in a table column by alphanumeric order, select a column header and then click the **Up** or **Down** arrow to change the order.\n - **Adjust Column Width**. To adjust the width of a table column to show more content in the table, drag the column divider in a column header to the left or right to resize the column width. Column dividers are marked by a pair of thin gray lines.\n - **Filter By** . To filter the list of hosts, click **show filter** .\n Enter one or more filter criteria as appropriate. To clear a filter,\n click the **x** to the right of the applied filter.\n\n | **Note:** Filters that are of type text, list, and date, persist across different management console sessions for the same user.\n4. To export the resource profiles list click the export icon. You can export\n them in PDF format.\n\nModify a resource profile\n-------------------------\n\nUse these instructions to modify a resource profile:\n\n1. Click the **Backup Plans** tab and select **Profiles** from the drop-down\n menu.\n\n The **Profiles** page opens.\n2. Select the resource profile you want to modify from the list, then select\n **Edit** from the drop-down list at the bottom right corner of the window.\n\n | **Note:** You can also right-click on the item in the list and select **Edit** from the menu.\n3. Make the necessary changes to the resource profile:\n\n - In the **Profile** field, enter a descriptive profile name.\n - In the **Description** field, enter a brief description about this resource profile.\n4. From the **Primary** drop-down list, if necessary change select the\n primary (local) backup/recovery appliance that the profile is created for\n and where data images will reside.\n\n5. From **Snapshot Pool** drop-down list, if necessary modify the\n pool where you want to preserve the snapshots). The pool\n drop-down displays all Snapshot pools created during and after\n the backup/recovery appliance installation.\n\n6. Update any OnVault pools to which data will be sent. You can select this\n option only if this appliance has defined the OnVault Storage pool.\n\n7. (Optional) From the **Remote Appliance** drop down list select:\n\n - A remote backup/recovery appliance to which data will be used for remote replication. You can select this option only if the appliance is joined with another appliance.\n - None: If data won't be replicated.\n8. Click **Save Profile**.\n\nDelete a resource profile\n-------------------------\n\n| **Note:** Before deleting a profile, ensure that none of the managed applications are using the profile. You can delete a resource profile only when the resource profile isn't used to manage an application.\n\nTo delete a resource profile:\n\n1. Click the **Backup Plans** tab and select **Profiles** from the drop-down menu.The Profiles page opens.\n2. Select the resource profile you would like to delete from the list, then\n select **Delete** from the drop-down list at the bottom right corner\n of the window.\n\n | **Note:** You can also right-click on the item in the list and select **Delete** from the menu.\n3.
