更新 Google Cloud CLI：
gcloud components update下載內嵌的 Cloud Service Mesh 疑難排解工具：
gcloud components install istioctl
如果您收到 You cannot perform this action because the
Google Cloud CLI component manager is disabled for this installation 錯誤訊息，表示您先前曾透過 Debian/Ubuntu 安裝 Google Cloud CLI。請改用下列指令：
更新 Google Cloud CLI
sudo apt-get update下載內嵌的 Cloud Service Mesh 疑難排解工具：
sudo apt-get install google-cloud-sdk-istioctl
