These professional services must support existing commercial\nCloud Marketplace products.\n\nTo sell your professional services to a customer, you (or a Google Cloud\nreseller) use *Private Offers* to create a custom quote and send it to your\ncustomer.\n\nYou can offer professional services with subscription plans, usage-based\npricing, or a combination of pricing models.\n| **Note:** Customers can't buy professional services directly from Cloud Marketplace in the way that they can buy most other types of Cloud Marketplace products. Customers can buy professional services only by accepting a private offer from you or from a reseller of Google Cloud products. If a customer wants to buy professional services that you offer, and you've [turned on sales lead management](/marketplace/docs/partners/enable-customer-contact), the customer can send you a message requesting more information.\n\nRequirements for professional services\n--------------------------------------\n\nAll products that you offer through Cloud Marketplace must comply with the\nCloud Marketplace\n[listing requirements](/marketplace/docs/partners/get-started). If you offer\nprofessional services, you must meet the following requirements:\n\n- Cloud Marketplace must be able to use the agency transaction model for your private offers that include professional services products. For more details, see [Agency model requirements](/marketplace/docs/partners/transaction-models#agency-requirements).\n- You and your customer must both be located in the United States.\n- The professional services that you offer must link to at least one current\n commercial Cloud Marketplace product listing.\n\n | **Note:** Professional services are only available for third-party Cloud Marketplace product listings.\n- The professional services that you offer must fall under one of the\n following categories:\n\n - **Assessment**: Evaluation of the customer's current operating environment to find the right solutions for their organization.\n - **Implementation**: Help with configuration, setup, and deployment of third-party software.\n - **Premium support**: Access to guidance and assistance from experts, designed for the customer's needs.\n - **Managed services**: End-to-end environment management on the customer's behalf.\n - **Training**: Tailored workshops, programs, and educational tools provided by experts to help customers' employees learn best practices.\n- The professional services that you offer aren't specifically regulated under\n applicable laws, such as legal, pharmaceutical, financial investment, or\n accounting services.\n\nOverview of onboarding professional services\n--------------------------------------------\n\nTo offer professional services through Cloud Marketplace, use\nProducer Portal to create a professional services product listing for\nCloud Marketplace. This involves the following steps:\n\n- [Create your product](/marketplace/docs/partners/professional-services/product-details) in Producer Portal.\n- [Add product details](/marketplace/docs/partners/professional-services/product-details) for your professional services product's Cloud Marketplace listing.\n- [Choose and submit your pricing model](/marketplace/docs/partners/professional-services/choose-pricing).\n- [Complete your technical integration](/marketplace/docs/partners/professional-services/technical-integration).\n- [Publish your product to Cloud Marketplace](/marketplace/docs/partners/professional-services/publish).\n\nAfter you click to publish your product, it might take up to two days for your\nproduct's listing to be publicly accessible in Cloud Marketplace.\n\nWhile your product's listing is publicly accessible in Cloud Marketplace,\nfor customers to be able to purchase your professional services, you (or a\nreseller) must [create private offers](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers) for\nyour customers.\n\nCreate your workspace for Cloud Marketplace products\n----------------------------------------------------\n\nWe recommend that you create a new project in the\n[Google Cloud console](https://console.cloud.google.com/) primarily for your\nCloud Marketplace products.
