Saat membuat aliran data, Anda dapat membuat aliran data dan memulainya segera, atau membuat aliran data tanpa memulainya.
Jika Anda membuat streaming, tetapi tidak memulainya, Anda dapat melakukannya sekarang. Dengan memulai aliran data, Datastream dapat mentransfer data, skema, dan tabel dari database sumber ke tujuan.
Centang kotak di sebelah kiri streaming yang ingin Anda mulai.
Klik MULAI.
Pada dialog, klik MULAI. Status streaming berubah dari Not started menjadi Starting, lalu menjadi Running.
Setelah memulai aliran, Anda dapat memantaunya
untuk memverifikasi bahwa Datastream mentransfer data dari database sumber ke
tujuan.
Menjeda streaming
Setelah memulai streaming, Anda dapat menjedanya. Saat aliran dijeda, Datastream tidak akan menarik data baru dari database sumber ke tujuan. Namun, beberapa data mungkin terus ditulis ke tujuan saat data "dalam proses" terus mengalir.
Dalam beberapa kasus, jika Anda menjeda aliran, database sumber harus menyimpan

Pada dialog, klik JEDA. Status streaming berubah dari Running menjadi Draining. Menguras aliran adalah proses mengosongkan aliran sehingga tidak berisi data apa pun.
Setelah semua data dalam aliran dikosongkan, status aliran akan berubah dari Draining menjadi Paused.
Setelah menjeda aliran, Anda dapat melanjutkannya sehingga
Datastream dapat mentransfer data baru dari database sumber ke
tujuan.

The retention period for the\nsource database may be limited. If the stream is paused for longer than the\nsource retention period, and then the stream is resumed, this can cause the\nstream to fail. If this occurs, [delete the\nstream](/datastream/docs/delete-a-stream), [create a new\none](/datastream/docs/create-a-stream), and then start it so that\nDatastream can transfer data, schemas, and tables from the source\ndatabase to the destination.\n\n1.
