Übersicht
Wenn Sie die Rechnungsstellung beantragen, räumt Google Ihnen einen Kreditrahmen für Ihre Computing-Kosten ein und Sie erhalten jeden Monat eine Rechnung. Die Rechnungsstellung wird in der Regel von Großunternehmen genutzt.
Monatsrechnungen sind in der Regel spätestens am fünften Werktag des Folgemonats verfügbar. Ihre Rechnung für September steht beispielsweise spätestens am 5. Werktag im Oktober zur Verfügung. Fällt der Monatsbeginn auf ein Wochenende oder einen Feiertag, ist von einer etwas späteren Rechnungsstellung auszugehen, da an diesen Tagen keine Rechnungen erstellt werden.
Wenn es sich um Reseller oder mehrere Länder handelt, erhalten Sie möglicherweise mehrere Rechnungen, die auf mehrere Transaktionen aufgeteilt sind. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter Gesplittete Rechnung für Transaktionen im Agenturmodell.
In einer Rechnung verfügbare Kostendaten
Die Rechnungssumme umfasst im Allgemeinen alle Kosten, die während eines bestimmten Kalendermonats angefallen sind. Manchmal kommt es bei der Meldung von Nutzungsdaten am Ende eines Kalendermonats zu Verzögerungen. Eine spät gemeldete Nutzung wird möglicherweise nicht auf der Rechnung des betreffenden Monats, sondern möglicherweise erst auf der Rechnung des nächsten Monats aufgeführt. Ihre Rechnung kann daher auch Kosten für mehr als einen Kalendermonat enthalten.
PDF: Das PDF-Format ist für Ihre Buchhaltungsabteilung vorgesehen. Darin sind Ihre monatlichen Google Cloud Kostensummen sowie die Zahlungsanweisungen von Google aufgeführt. Ihre PDF-Rechnung ist zusammengefasst und enthält keine Details zu den einzelnen Ressourcenkosten oder Kosten pro Unterkonto (für Reseller).
CSV: Vor Ihrer Rechnung vom Januar 2021 enthielt das CSV-Format mehr Details als in der PDF-Datei enthalten. Ab der Rechnung für Januar 2021 wurden diese Details entfernt und die CSV-Rechnung spiegelt jetzt die PDF-Datei wider und enthält die Informationen aus der Kopfzeile der Rechnung und die Gesamtkosten. Sie können die Rechnungskostendetails im herunterladbaren Kostentabellenbericht aufrufen, einschließlich der Kosten auf Projektebene und zusätzlicher Details wie Dienst-IDs, Kredit-IDs, Labels und Gesamtkosten nach Unterkonto (für Reseller). Sie können über die Google Cloud Console auf diesen Bericht zugreifen.
Spalten in der CSV-Rechnung
Bei Rechnungen vor Januar 2021 werden die folgenden Spalten in der CSV-Rechnung angezeigt:

Ressourcentyp
Eine Beschreibung der vom Dienst verwendeten Ressource. Ein Ressourcentyp für Cloud Storage ist beispielsweise der Standardspeicher für den US-Standort.
SKU-ID
Die ID der vom Dienst verwendeten Ressource. Eine vollständige Liste der Artikelnummern finden Sie im Preistabellenbericht.
Beschreibung
Eine Beschreibung der Kostengruppe der jeweiligen Position.
Startdatum
Das Datum, an dem der Rechnungszeitraum begann.
Enddatum
Das Datum, an dem der Rechnungszeitraum endete.
Menge
Die Anzahl der verwendeten Einheiten.
Einheit
Die Abrechnungseinheit der Nutzung (z. B. Stunde oder Gibibyte pro Monat).

Typically, invoiced billing is used by large\nbusinesses.\n\nAn invoice for a particular month should be available by the fifth business\nday of the following month. Sometimes, at the end of a calendar month, there is a delay\nin usage reporting. The costs of late-reported usage might\nnot be included on that month's invoice and instead might roll over to the next\nmonth's invoice. Your PDF invoice is summarized and doesn't provide details\n for every resource cost or cost per subaccount (for resellers).\n\n- CSV: Prior to your January 2021 invoice, the CSV format provided more\n details than those included in the PDF. Starting with your\n January 2021 invoice, these details have been removed and now the CSV\n invoice mirrors the PDF and includes the invoice header information and\n cost totals. You can view the invoice cost details in the downloadable\n [Cost Table report](/billing/docs/how-to/cost-table),\n including project-level costs and additional details you might need, such\n as service IDs, credit IDs, labels, and total costs by subaccount\n (for resellers).
