Fazer o download de um arquivo de instalação do agente de backup e DR
É possível fazer o download de um arquivo de instalação do agente de backup e DR com um navegador da Web no
console de gerenciamento usando estas etapas:
No console de gerenciamento, acesse o menu suspenso Gerenciar e clique em
Dispositivos.
Clique com o botão direito do mouse em um appliance e selecione Configurar o appliance.
Selecione Gerenciamento de agentes. Os quatro arquivos do instalador aparecem na parte de cima
da janela. Faça o download do arquivo de instalação do agente necessário.
Dependendo do sistema operacional do host, instale o agente de backup e DR:
Quando a instalação for concluída, uma chave secreta vai aparecer. Salve a
chave secreta em um bloco de notas ou em um editor de texto. Você precisa adicionar isso à
seção "Backup e agente de DR" em hosts do Linux
ou do Windows. Essa chave secreta é válida por duas horas.
Tráfego de rede
O tráfego entre os dispositivos de backup/recuperação e o agente de backup e DR nos
hosts é criptografado e se comunica por SSL. O agente de backup e DR usa
a porta 5106 por padrão para a comunicação do appliance. Verifique se o
firewall permite a comunicação por essa porta. Se você tiver serviços

Software antivírus
Confira algumas recomendações gerais para softwares antivírus. Produtos antivírus ou de segurança específicos podem chamar as coisas por nomes diferentes, não oferecer suporte a alguns recursos, já que a exclusão de processo geralmente não é aceita, e são configurados de maneiras diferentes.
Excluir o processo udsagent do monitoramento do antivírus: isso
normalmente é chamado de exclusão de processo ou nível de ameaça de processo. Excluir
tudo o que o UDSAgent.exe para Windows ou udsagent para Linux faz da
verificação oferece o melhor desempenho para o backup e a menor chance
de que o software antivírus bloqueie algo.
Excluir a verificação de discos de preparação montados: impeça que o software antivírus
verifique os arquivos que o serviço de backup e DR grava no

Desativar a heurística do antivírus: isso não é obrigatório, mas pode ajudar em
