Com uma política de retenção de dados, os administradores podem personalizar por quanto tempo (em dias) o Translation Hub retém o conteúdo de origem e traduzido no portal.
É possível ver a política do portal, mas não é possível adicionar, modificar ou remover.
Por padrão, se nenhuma política for definida, a Central de tradução vai excluir o conteúdo após 90 dias. O período de armazenamento começa quando um job de tradução é concluído. As políticas de retenção não se aplicam a jobs ainda em andamento, como documentos que estão sendo pós-editados.
Além disso, a política de retenção não se aplica a traduções baixadas ou outros
recursos usados em um trabalho de tradução, como glossários e
memórias de tradução.
