Configurar um projeto
Um projeto organiza todos os seus recursos do Google Cloud . Para usar
o Translation Hub, o projeto precisa estar vinculado a uma conta de faturamento. O uso do projeto é cobrado na conta de faturamento vinculada.

select or create a Google Cloud project.
Ao ativar a API Translation Hub, você também ativa a API Cloud Translation.
