CONNECTION_STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 Default unspecified value.
CONNECTED
value: 1 The identity pool connection is connected.
PARTIALLY_CONNECTED
value: 2 The identity pool connection is partially connected.
DISCONNECTED
value: 3 The identity pool connection is disconnected.
UNKNOWN
value: 4 The identity pool connection is in an unknown state.
