Default unspecified value.
PROVISIONING

Indicates that the resource is in provisioning state.
AVAILABLE

Indicates that the resource is in available state.
UPDATING

Indicates that the resource is in updating state.
BACKUP_IN_PROGRESS

Indicates that the resource is in backup in progress state.
