Sebelum memulai
Pastikan Anda telah memasukkan parameter kebijakan Active Directory dengan benar.
Pastikan Anda telah mengaitkan kebijakan Active Directory dengan pool penyimpanan
tingkat layanan Standard, Premium, atau Extreme.
Gunakan petunjuk berikut untuk menguji apakah kebijakan Active Directory terhubung dengan benar ke layanan Active Directory menggunakan konsol Google Cloud .
Pengujian ini bersifat opsional, tetapi direkomendasikan untuk memecahkan masalah error dalam konfigurasi kebijakan Active Directory Anda seperti berikut:
Alamat IP DNS salah atau tidak dapat dijangkau
Pencarian pengontrol domain gagal atau setelan situs salah
Pengontrol domain tidak dapat dijangkau
Izin pengguna administratif Active Directory salah
Unit organisasi yang salah untuk akun mesin
Pastikan pengujian hanya memverifikasi koneksi pada saat pengujian dijalankan. Banyak komponen, seperti pengendali domain atau penyiapan jaringan, berada di luar kontrol NetApp Volumes dan layanan mungkin kehilangan koneksi jika Anda melakukan perubahan pada infrastruktur, seperti menghentikan penggunaan server DNS tertentu atau mengubah setelan jaringan atau firewall.
Menguji koneksi kebijakan Active Directory
Gunakan petunjuk berikut untuk menguji apakah kebijakan Active Directory terhubung ke layanan Active Directory menggunakan konsol Google Cloud .
Buka halaman NetApp Volumes di konsol Google Cloud .
Dalam daftar kebijakan Active Directory, pilih nama kebijakan Active
Directory yang ingin Anda uji. Halaman detail Active Directory akan muncul.
Jika kebijakan belum memiliki kumpulan penyimpanan terkait, di bagian
Associated storage pools, klik Assign.
Klik menu drop-down Storage pool untuk memilih storage pool. Daftar
Associated storage pools akan muncul.
Dalam daftar Associated storage pools, klik Test Active Directory
Connection untuk pool yang terkait dengan kebijakan Active Directory yang ingin
Anda uji. Anda hanya dapat menguji satu kebijakan dalam satu waktu. Pesan akan muncul
yang menunjukkan bahwa pengujian sedang berlangsung.
Berdasarkan status pengujian Anda, lakukan salah satu langkah berikut:
Jika pengujian gagal, klik Edit Kebijakan Active Directory. Periksa konfigurasi Anda, lalu lakukan pengujian lagi.
Jika pengujian berhasil, Anda akan menerima pesan keberhasilan. Anda harus
terus menguji koneksi ke semua kumpulan penyimpanan terkait lainnya.

Many components, like the domain controllers or network setup,\nare outside of NetApp Volumes control and the service might lose\nconnection if you make changes to your infrastructure, like retiring the\nspecified DNS servers or changing networking or firewall settings.\n\nTest the Active Directory policy connection\n-------------------------------------------\n\nUse the following instructions to test if an Active Directory policy is\nconnected to the Active Directory service using the Google Cloud console.\n\n1. Go to the **NetApp Volumes** page in the Google Cloud console.\n\n [Go to NetApp Volumes](https://console.cloud.google.com/netapp/volumes)\n2. Select **Active Directory policies**.\n\n3. In the list of Active Directory policies, select the name of the Active\n Directory policy you want to test. The Active Directory details page\n appears.\n\n4. If the policy doesn't already have an associated storage pool, in the\n **Associated storage pools** section, click **Assign**.\n\n5. Click **Storage pool** drop-down list to select a storage pool. The\n **Associated storage pools** list appears.\n\n6. In the **Associated storage pools** list, click **Test Active Directory\n Connection** for the pool associated with the Active Directory policy you\n want to test. You can only test one policy at a time. A message appears\n indicating that the test is in progress.\n\n Based on your test status, perform one of the following steps:\n - If the test fails, click **Edit Active Directory Policy**. Check your\n configuration, and perform the test again.\n\n - If the test succeeds, you will receive a success message.
