Untuk memperkirakan biaya hosting lingkungan VMware Anda di VMware Engine, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:
Di halaman Estimate cost, klik Start di
kartu Google Cloud VMware Engine.
Pilih jalur harga. Secara default, diskon abonemen 3 tahun
dengan pembayaran bulanan dipilih.
Di bagian Workloads, klik Add a workload.
Masukkan nama beban kerja Anda dan pilih Jenis beban kerja.
Di bagian GCVE service type, pilih salah satu opsi yang tersedia:
Dilengkapi lisensi: Beli lisensi VMware Cloud Foundation
dari Google, sebagai bagian dari node VMware Engine
Anda.
Lisensi portabel: Gunakan lisensi VMware Cloud Foundation Anda di VMware Engine.
Di bagian Dilindungi GCVE, pilih apakah Anda ingin mengaktifkan pencadangan
dan pemulihan dari bencana di node VMware Engine, jika
tersedia, atau jika Anda tidak ingin mengaktifkan opsi ini.
Di bagian Location, pilih region tempat Anda ingin menghosting lingkungan. Node VMware yang tersedia bergantung pada region yang Anda pilih.
Di bagian Basic workload requirements, masukkan detail berikut:
Opsional: Jumlah VM di lingkungan Anda
Jumlah vCPU
Total memori
Total penyimpanan
Opsional: Di bagian Advanced Google Cloud VMware Engine sizing,
tentukan ukuran lingkungan Anda. Untuk informasi selengkapnya, lihat
Menentukan detail ukuran opsional.
Untuk mengonfirmasi konfigurasi beban kerja Anda, klik Selesai.
Jika Anda memiliki beberapa workload, klik Tambahkan workload dan ulangi
langkah-langkah sebelumnya.
Di bagian Node configuration, tinjau konfigurasi yang direkomendasikan.
Untuk mengubah kebijakan vSAN node, klik Change.
Untuk meninjau perkiraan workload VMware Engine, klik Kirim. Estimasi biaya VMware Engine
ditampilkan di halaman hasil.
Menentukan detail ukuran opsional
Bagian ini menjelaskan cara menentukan detail opsional di bagian
pengukuran Google Cloud VMware Engine.
Di kolom CPU Overcommit, masukkan faktor overcommit untuk CPU.
Gunakan nilai berikut sesuai dengan jenis beban kerja Anda:
1-3 untuk overcommit rendah
4-6 untuk sedang
7-12 untuk tinggi
Nilai defaultnya adalah 6.
Di kolom RAM Overcommit, masukkan faktor overcommit untuk RAM.
Nilai defaultnya adalah 1.
Di bagian setelan vSAN, tentukan detail berikut:
Pengoptimalan: pilih salah satu jenis pengoptimalan yang tersedia:
Tidak ada
Kompresi
Penghapusan duplikat dan kompresi
Nilai defaultnya adalah Compression.
Faktor pengoptimalan: pilih rasio antara penyimpanan yang dialokasikan
dan jumlah sebenarnya yang ditulis ke vSAN. Nilai defaultnya adalah 1.7.
SLA threshold: menentukan kapasitas penyimpanan vSAN yang dicadangkan, dalam %, untuk melakukan update, upgrade, dan tugas operasional lainnya.
Nilai defaultnya adalah 20%.
Untuk mendukung VM dengan VMDK yang lebih besar dari 8 TB, pilih Gunakan VMDK besar.
Untuk mengaktifkan vSAN Operations Reserve, pilih Use OR buffer.
Di bagian Setelan Google Cloud VMware Engine lanjutan, tentukan detail berikut:
CPU Sistem: tentukan jumlah maksimum penggunaan CPU sistem,
dalam %. Nilai defaultnya adalah 15%.
RAM Sistem: menentukan reservasi RAM sistem default, dalam %.
Nilai defaultnya adalah 5%.
HT Weight: menentukan jumlah efek peningkatan hyperthreading, dalam %.
Nilai defaultnya adalah 25%.
Untuk menghosting appliance pengelolaan di cluster, seperti vCSA,
NSX-T Manager, NSX-T Edge Node, pilih Management Cluster.
Jika Anda ingin mencadangkan kapasitas untuk komponen HCX Mesh, pilih
HCX Mesh Deployed.
Ukuran NSX-T Edge: pilih salah satu ukuran yang tersedia untuk NSX-T Edge:

Untuk mereset nilai default konfigurasi ukuran, klik
Reset ke default.
Meninjau dan mengekspor hasil estimasi

umum untuk semua kalkulator.
Selain itu, estimasi keseluruhan untuk VMware Engine juga
ditampilkan di kartu hasil terpisah. Estimasi biaya ini didasarkan pada
asumsi default dan input yang telah Anda berikan. Secara default, kalkulator
merekomendasikan konfigurasi node dengan total biaya kepemilikan (TCO) terendah.
Untuk mengedit konfigurasi node, termasuk kebijakan vSAN, di halaman estimasi
total, klik Edit.
Untuk melihat detail perkiraan biaya ini dan perincian biaya untuk setiap beban kerja, klik Lihat detail.

On the **Estimate cost** page, click **Start** in the **Google Cloud VMware Engine** card.\n2. Choose a pricing track. By default, the **3-year committed use discount** with monthly payment is selected.\n3. In the **Workloads** section, click **Add a workload**.\n4. Enter the name of your workload and select the **Workload type**.\n5. In the **GCVE service type** section, select one of the available options:\n - **Fully licensed:** Purchase your VMware Cloud Foundation licenses from Google, as part of your VMware Engine nodes.\n - **Portable license:** Use your VMware Cloud Foundation licenses on VMware Engine.\n6. In the **GCVE protected** section, select if you want to enable backup and disaster recovery on your VMware Engine nodes, if available, or if you don't want to enable this option.\n7. In the **Location** section, select the region where you want to host your environment. The available VMware nodes depend on the region that you select.\n8. In the **Basic workload requirements** section, enter the following details:\n 1. Optional: The number of VMs in your environment\n 2. The number of vCPUs\n 3. The total memory\n 4. The total storage\n9. Optional: In the **Advanced Google Cloud VMware Engine sizing** section, specify the sizing of your environment. For more information, see [Specify optional sizing details](#specify-sizing).\n10. To confirm the configuration of your workload, click **Done**.\n11. If you have multiple workloads, click **Add a workload** and repeat the previous steps.\n12. In the **Node configuration** section, review the recommended configuration. To change the vSAN policy of the node, click **Change**.\n13. To review the estimate for VMware Engine workloads, click **Submit** . The VMware Engine cost estimate is displayed on the [results page](#view-and-export-results).\n\nSpecify optional sizing details\n-------------------------------\n\nThis section describes how to specify the optional details in the\n**Google Cloud VMware Engine sizing** section.\n\n1. In the **CPU Overcommit** field, enter the overcommit factor for the CPU.\n Use the following values according to your workload type:\n\n 1. `1-3` for low overcommit\n 2. `4-6` for moderate\n 3. `7-12` for high\n\n The default value is `6`.\n2. In the **RAM Overcommit field** , enter the overcommit factor for the RAM.\n The default value is `1`.\n\n3. In the **vSAN settings section**, specify the following details:\n\n 1. **Optimization:** select one of the available optimization types:\n\n 1. **None**\n 2. **Compression**\n 3. **Deduplication and compression**\n\n The default value is **Compression**.\n 2. **Optimization factor:** select the ratio between the allocated storage\n and the actual amount written to the vSAN. The default value is `1.7`.\n\n 3. **SLA threshold:** specify the reserved vSAN storage capacity, in %,\n to perform updates, upgrades and other operational tasks.\n The default value is `20%`.\n\n 4. To support VMs with VMDKs larger than 8 TB, select **Use large VMDKs**.\n\n 5. To enable vSAN Operations Reserve, select **Use OR buffer**.\n\n4. In the **Advanced Google Cloud VMware Engine settings** section, specify the\n following details:\n\n 1. **System CPU:** specify the maximum amount of system CPU consumption, in %. The default value is `15%`.\n 2. **System RAM:** specify the default system RAM reservation, in %. The default value is `5%`.\n 3. **HT Weight:** specify the amount of hyperthreading boost effect, in %. The default value is `25%`.\n 4. To host management appliances in the cluster, such as vCSA, NSX-T Manager, NSX-T Edge Node, select **Management Cluster**.\n 5. If you want to reserve capacity for HCX Mesh components, select **HCX Mesh Deployed**.\n 6. **NSX-T Edge Size:** select one of the available sizes for NSX-T Edge:\n 1. **Large**\n 2. **Extra Large**\n\nTo reset the default values of the sizing configuration, click\n**Reset to defaults**.\n\nReview and export estimation results\n------------------------------------\n\nThe steps to review and export estimate results are\n[common for all](/migration-center/docs/estimate/review-and-export-results) calculators.\n\nIn addition, the overall estimate for VMware Engine is\ndisplayed in a separate result card as well. This cost estimate is based on the\ndefault assumption and the inputs you've provided.
