For the project ID, use the format\n\u003cvar translate=\"no\"\u003ePARTNER_NAME\u003c/var\u003e`-public`. For information about creating projects, see\n[Creating and managing projects](/resource-manager/docs/creating-managing-projects).\n\nIf you already have a project for your current Cloud Marketplace products,\nyou can re-use that project, and start\n[creating your product in Producer Portal](#start-creating-solution).\n\nAfter you create your project, grant the following Identity and Access Management (IAM)\nroles at the project level:\n\n- To the service account\n `cloud-commerce-marketplace-onboarding@twosync-src.google.com`, grant the\n Project Editor and Service Management Administrator roles.\n\n- To the service account\n `cloud-commerce-producer@system.gserviceaccount.com`, grant the Config\n Editor (`roles/servicemanagement.configEditor`) role.\n\nFor steps to grant access to your project, see\n[Granting, changing and revoking access to resources](/iam/docs/granting-changing-revoking-access).\nGrant one of the following options to the service account\n`cloud-commerce-procurement@system.gserviceaccount.com`:\n\n- The Service Management Administrator role.\n- The Service Consumer role (`roles/servicemanagement.serviceConsumer`) and the Service Controller role (`roles/servicemanagement.serviceController`). This requires using the Google Cloud CLI, as these roles aren't visible in the UI.\n\nFor steps to grant access at the service level, see [Granting and revoking access to the API](/endpoints/docs/openapi/control-api-access).\n\nSubmitting your product information\n-----------------------------------\n\nBefore you begin setting up and integrating your product, we recommend that you\ncomplete the\n[Cloud Marketplace Project Info Form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfddn4mwKnqtLNQ-m7IgRZ-bgTz4BOsrEDWCf3XBjc_ogKNnA/viewform).\nYou only need to complete this form once.\n\nAfter you have completed the form, your Partner Engineer gives you access to\nProducer Portal, and enables the Cloud Commerce Partner Procurement API and the Service Control\nAPI, which you use to integrate your product with Cloud Marketplace.\n\nCreating your product in the portal\n-----------------------------------\n\nYou use Producer Portal to add your product\ninformation, which includes your marketing information, pricing plan, and other\npieces.\n\nYour Partner Engineer enables Producer Portal for you after you have completed\nthe [Cloud Marketplace Project Info Form](#submit-solution-information),\nprovided by the Google Cloud Marketplace team.\n\nTo publish your product to Cloud Marketplace, you use Producer Portal to\nsubmit the following details:\n\n- **Product Details**: Add listing info and marketing info about your product.\n- **Pricing**: Specify your pricing model to determine how customers will pay for your product.\n- **Technical Integration**: Submit technical integration details for the SaaS product that you are offering through Google Cloud Marketplace.\n\nYou can submit these reviews individually, as you complete them. Some reviews\nmight take up to two weeks for approval, so we recommend reviewing the\nrequirements and getting started as early as possible.\n| **Note:** You can submit your Product Details and Pricing for review in any order. While you can work on your Technical Integration before your Pricing submission is approved, you must submit your Technical Integration for review after your Pricing submission is approved.\n\nAt this stage, you only need to create the entry for your product in\nProducer Portal. You add your marketing information in later steps.\n\nThe direct link to Producer Portal is: \n\n```\nhttps://console.cloud.google.com/producer-portal?project=YOUR_PROJECT_ID\n```\n| **Note:** If you don't see the link, or can't access the URL, verify that you've selected the correct project. If you still can't access the URL, use the [Partner Support Desk](https://g.co/cloud/psd-partner) to request assistance, and include the word \"Marketplace\" in your description. For more information about Partner Support Desk, visit [Request assistance with Cloud Marketplace](/marketplace/docs/partners/get-support).\n\nTo create your product:\n\n1. Click **Add product**.\n\n2. Under **Solution type** , select **SaaS**.\n\n3. Under **Product name** , name your product and check the **Product ID** .\n By default, the **Solution ID** is used in the URL for your\n Cloud Marketplace listing. You can also customize the URL for your\n listing later, when you\n [add your product details](#adding-product-details).\n\n | **Caution:** The solution ID and solution type cannot be changed after the product is created. You can change your product name before you submit your product.\n4. Click **Create**. It might take a few seconds to create your product.\n\n### Adding product details\n\nThe product details include your product listing on Cloud Marketplace,\nmarketing information, and links to documentation. You use\nProducer Portal to add your product details.\n\nTo add product details, complete the following steps:\n\nGo to the Producer Portal: \n\n```\nhttps://console.cloud.google.com/producer-portal?project=YOUR_PROJECT_ID\n```\n| **Note:** If you don't see the link, or can't access the URL, verify that you've selected the correct project. If you still can't access the URL, use the [Partner Support Desk](https://g.co/cloud/psd-partner) to request assistance, and include the word \"Marketplace\" in your description. For more information about Partner Support Desk, visit [Request assistance with Cloud Marketplace](/marketplace/docs/partners/get-support).\n\nTo add product details:\n\n1. In the list of products, click the solution ID that you created.\n\n2. On the **Overview** page of your product, go to the **Product details**\n section and click **Edit**.\n\n3. Complete the **Product info** tab of the **Product details** section. While\n completing **Product info**, you can add Category IDs. Category IDs allow\n customers to find your product under select categories or filters as they\n search Cloud Marketplace. You can select up to two Category IDs for a\n product.\n\n | **Note:** If you're adding a product that connects to Google Distributed Cloud, add the following text to your product info: \"We recommend that you only purchase this product for a duration equal to or less than the shortest subscription length of your Google Distributed Cloud-connected devices.\"\n4. To add tutorials, documentation, and, optionally, additional\n license agreements, complete the **Documentation** tab of the **Product\n details** section.\n\n5. To add search metadata or keywords, or to customize the URL of the details\n page for your product, complete the **Product metadata** tab of the\n **Product details** section.\n\n| **Note:** Cloud Marketplace might require additional approvals for some categories of products. If you want to add your solution listing to a category that isn't listed in Producer Portal, submit a request by using the [special category request form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1-VwD1yyr_w5yWYIbx0OFzQOp7XgSPpa6IgaWbltoR90/edit?resourcekey=0-93_HVNitkydC9bBb6oZiIg).\n\nWhen you're ready to submit your product details for processing, click\n**Submit**. It takes approximately two to five days for the Partner Engineering\nteam to review and approve your product details. You can start editing details\nnow and submit the review later."]]
