Visit the **Overview** page of Producer Portal.\n\n2. In the **Overview** page, click **Contact Marketplace support** to visit the\n Partner Support Desk.\n\n3. Use the Partner Support Desk to request the assistance you need, and include\n the word \"Marketplace\" in your description.\n\nGet help with accessing Partner Support Desk\n--------------------------------------------\n\nIf you're having trouble accessing Partner Support Desk, verify that you have a\n[Partner Advantage](/marketplace/docs/partners/get-started#requirements)\naccount.
