The algorithm of a Cloud KMS CryptoKeyVersion of a
[CryptoKey][google.cloud.kms.v1.CryptoKey] with the
[CryptoKeyPurpose][google.cloud.kms.v1.CryptoKey.CryptoKeyPurpose] value
ASYMMETRIC_SIGN. These values correspond to the
