[CryptoKeyPurpose][google.cloud.kms.v1.CryptoKey.CryptoKeyPurpose] value
ASYMMETRIC_SIGN. These values correspond to the
[CryptoKeyVersionAlgorithm][google.cloud.kms.v1.CryptoKeyVersion.CryptoKeyVersionAlgorithm]
