Reabrir uma conta de faturamento do Cloud encerrada
Se a Conta de faturamento do Cloud tiver sido encerrada devido a um problema na
conta (como inadimplência), você precisará reabrir manualmente sua Conta de faturamento do Cloud depois de resolver os problemas.
Se o faturamento for desativado nos seus projetos, todos os serviços faturáveis Google Cloud
nos projetos afetados serão encerrados. Muitos serviços podem ser reiniciados depois que o faturamento é reativado nos projetos, embora alguns serviços possam ser removidos enquanto o faturamento está desativado.

Se sua
Conta de faturamento do Cloud foi encerrada,
todos os serviços faturáveis em todos os projetos que usam essa Conta de faturamento do Cloud
foram interrompidos. Nesse estado, alguns recursos podem ser excluídos
e podem não ser totalmente recuperáveis. Depois de
reabrir a conta de faturamento,
talvez seja necessário reiniciar manualmente alguns serviços.
Caso seu
projeto tenha sido encerrado,
todos os recursos desse projeto foram interrompidos e o faturamento foi desativado no
projeto. Quando você encerra um projeto, ele entra em um período de recuperação de 30 dias, em que é possível restaurar o projeto com o status ativo.
Enquanto um projeto está nesse estado, alguns recursos podem ser excluídos
e podem não ser totalmente recuperados, mesmo se você restaurar o projeto no
período de 30 dias. Se o projeto for encerrado por mais de 30 dias, ele
e os recursos serão marcados para exclusão e não poderão ser recuperados.
Para reiniciar os serviços no projeto, primeiro
restaure o projeto
e
reative o faturamento no projeto.
Muitos problemas são recuperados quando os problemas da conta são resolvidos e o faturamento é reativado nos projetos. Alguns serviços têm atrasos
na restauração, e talvez seja necessário esperar algum tempo até que os serviços sejam restaurados.
Reiniciar serviços manualmentes
Talvez seja necessário reiniciar manualmente alguns serviços nos seus projetos.
Para Google Cloud, isso inclui instâncias de máquina virtual (VM) do Compute Engine, endereços IP efêmeros e discos permanentes de estado sólido (SSDs). Quase todas as instâncias podem ser interrompidas e
reiniciadas,
exceto as instâncias de máquina virtual com SSDs locais, que não podem ser reiniciadas.
Para restaurar os serviços do Google Cloud , reinicie as instâncias no
Google Cloud da seguinte maneira:
No menu do Compute Engine, selecione Instâncias de VM.
Se solicitado, selecione o projeto.
Marque as caixas de seleção próximas às instâncias que você quer iniciar.
Para reiniciar as instâncias, clique em iniciarplay_arrow.

Some services have delays in restoring\nand you might need to wait some time for services to be restored.\n\n### Manually restart services\n\nYou might need to manually restart some services in your projects.\nFor Google Cloud, this includes Compute Engine virtual machine\n(VM) instances,\n[ephemeral IP addresses](/compute/docs/vm-ip-addresses#reservedaddress), and\nsolid-state persistent disks (SSDs). Almost all instances can be stopped and\n[restarted](/compute/docs/instances/restarting-an-instance#restart_a_stopped_instance),\nexcept for virtual machine instances with local SSDs, which can't be restarted.\n\nTo restore your Google Cloud services, you must restart your instances on\nGoogle Cloud as follows:\n\n1. Sign in to the Google Cloud console.\n\n [Sign in to Google Cloud console](https://console.cloud.google.com/)\n2. In the menu menu,\n select **Compute Engine**.\n\n3. From the Compute Engine menu, select **VM instances**.\n\n4. If prompted, select a project.\n\n5. Select the checkboxes next to the instances that you want to start.\n\n6.
