LocalOAuthAuthorizeTokenServlet	`LocalOAuthAuthorizeTokenServlet` is the servlet responsible for implementing the token authorization step of the fake OAuth authentication flow provided by the Development AppServer.
LocalOAuthRequestTokenServlet	`LocalOAuthRequestTokenServlet` is the servlet responsible for implementing the request token acquisition step of the fake OAuth authentication flow provided by the Development AppServer.
