guarantee that for at least 60 minutes since the first request.
For example, consider a situation where you make an initial request and the request times out. This prevents clients from accidentally creating duplicate commitments.

Configure the AppPlatform Client instance.
The configuration is set to the derived mode, meaning that values can be changed, but structural changes (adding new fields, etc.) are not allowed. Structural changes should be made on Client.configure.
