Get support for Resource Manager.

Get a Google support package

Google Cloud offers different support packages to meet different needs, such as 24/7 coverage, phone support, and access to a technical support manager. For more information, see Cloud Customer Care.

Disable application management

You can't disable application management(Preview) on a folder after it is enabled. If you need to disable application management on an app-enabled folder, you'll need to create a support case.

To learn how to create a support case using the Google Cloud console, see Create and manage support cases. Provide the following details when you create the support case:

Product Resource Manager
Issue description Disable application management on a folder
Product sub-category Create, Read, Update and Delete Folders
Project N/A
Resource Manager Resource ID The folder ID of the app-enabled folder to disable application management. Find the folder ID on the Manage Resources page.
