Google Cloud offers different support packages to meet different needs, such as 24/7
coverage, phone support, and access to a technical support manager. For more information,
see Cloud Customer Care.
Disable application management
You can't disable application management(Preview) on a folder after it is enabled. If you need to
disable application management on an app-enabled folder, you'll need to create
a support case.

The folder ID of the app-enabled folder to disable
application management. Find the folder ID on the Manage Resources
page.
From the Resource Manager documentation, click "Send feedback" near the
top right of the page. This will open a feedback form. Your comments will be
reviewed by the Resource Manager team.
