The PROVISIONING state indicates the cluster is being created. |

The RUNNING state indicates the cluster has been created and is fully usable. |

The STOPPING state indicates the cluster is being deleted. |
ERROR |
The ERROR state indicates the cluster is unusable. It will be automatically deleted. |
