Apakah akan menerapkan grup parameter tingkat instance ke semua node. Jika disetel ke benar (true), pengguna tidak dapat menentukan node individual, dan instances.applyParameters akan memperbarui semua node dalam instance.
Isi respons
Jika berhasil, isi respons akan berisi instance Operation.
