Anda dapat mengaktifkan dukungan dengan menambahkan traffic dari alamat IP gateway aman kami, 54.209.194.236, ke daftar yang diizinkan ke aplikasi Looker Anda. Akses Looker ke gateway aman dikontrol dan diamankan secara ketat dengan autentikasi multi-faktor. Looker access to the secure gateway is strictly controlled and secured with multifactor authentication. The secure gateway IP to add to the allowlist is different than the IP addresses that Looker hosts customers on.\n\nThe destination will be your Looker application's host and HTTPS port, generally 9999. This hostname/IP needs to be publicly routable from the internet. See this [American Registry for Internet Numbers](https://www.arin.net/knowledge/address_filters.html) page for more information on private addresses.\n\nContacting Looker Support to finish deploying your Looker instance\n------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nAfter you have added Looker's secure gateway to the allowlist, the Looker Support team will need to do some further configuration. [Open a support request](http://console.cloud.google.com/support/cases) and provide the following:\n\n- Your company's name.\n- The destination URL of your Looker instance.\n- The hostname of your Looker instance as seen from the public Internet, for example `looker.mycompany.com`.\n- The port on which Looker's web interface is listening.
