Anda dapat menampilkan laporan sebagai presentasi, mirip dengan Google Slide. Anda dapat menampilkan presentasi tersebut dalam mode layar penuh atau dalam jendela browser biasa. Anda juga dapat memilih untuk otomatis menampilkan setiap halaman laporan selama jangka waktu tertentu. Misalnya, Anda dapat mempresentasikan laporan 10 halaman dan memilih untuk menampilkan setiap halaman selama satu menit sebelum otomatis maju ke halaman berikutnya.
Mempresentasikan laporan
Lihat laporan yang ingin Anda presentasikan.
Di kanan atas, klik Opsi lainnya.
Klik Presentasikan.
Jika laporan Anda memiliki lebih dari satu halaman:
Tampilkan kontrol presentasi dengan mengarahkan mouse ke sudut kiri bawah layar.
Klik Putar untuk memulai presentasi.
Pilih halaman tertentu yang ingin ditampilkan menggunakan menu halaman.
Untuk memilih opsi tampilan, klik Opsi tampilan.
Untuk menampilkan presentasi di jendela browser, klik Keluar dari layar penuh.
Untuk keluar dari presentasi, tekan ESC, atau klik KELUAR di kontrol presentasi.
Menetapkan frekuensi perubahan halaman
Untuk mengontrol seberapa sering presentasi multi-halaman maju ke halaman berikutnya:
Lihat laporan yang ingin Anda presentasikan.
Di kanan atas, klik Opsi lainnya.
Klik Presentasikan.
Arahkan mouse ke sudut kiri bawah layar.
Pada kontrol presentasi, klik Maju setiap … detik, lalu pilih interval baru.
Mempresentasikan halaman tertentu
Gunakan kontrol presentasi untuk melihat halaman tertentu saat masih dalam mode presentasi.
Opsi tampilan
Gunakan kontrol presentasi untuk memilih kesesuaian tampilan laporan di layar:
Sesuaikan dengan layar - menskalakan laporan agar sepenuhnya sesuai dengan layar.
Sesuaikan dengan lebar - menskalakan laporan sesuai dengan lebar layar. Anda mungkin perlu men-scroll secara vertikal untuk melihat seluruh laporan.
Ukuran sebenarnya - menampilkan laporan dengan dimensi sebenarnya. Anda mungkin perlu men-scroll secara vertikal dan/atau horizontal untuk melihat seluruh laporan.
Mode presentasi dan keaktualan data
Saat Anda menampilkan presentasi, Looker Studio akan menggunakan setelan keaktualan sumber data dalam laporan untuk memastikan laporan menampilkan data baru. Dengan begitu, orang-orang yang tidak dapat mengedit laporan tetap melihat data terbaru yang tersedia.
Saat Anda menampilkan presentasi, Looker Studio akan memeriksa setelan keaktualan dan memperbarui data hanya untuk halaman berikutnya dalam presentasi. Untuk memperbarui seluruh laporan pada interval yang ditetapkan, pertimbangkan untuk menggunakan pembaruan otomatis.

You can show the presentation in full screen or in a normal browser window. You can also choose to automatically display each page of the report for a specified amount of time. You may need to scroll vertically to see the entire report.\n- **Actual size** - displays your report using its actual dimensions. You may need to scroll vertically and/or horizontally to see the entire report.\n\nPresentation mode and data freshness\n------------------------------------\n\nWhen you're showing a presentation, Looker Studio uses the freshness settings for the data sources in the report to make sure that the report is displaying fresh data.
