Mendaftarkan cluster admin VMware yang ada ke Anthos On-Prem API dalam project dan lokasi tertentu. Melalui pendaftaran, cluster admin yang ada akan dikelola oleh Anthos On-Prem API. Resource GCP yang sesuai akan dibuat dan semua modifikasi cluster di masa mendatang diharapkan dilakukan melalui API.
