Übersicht: Dynamische Gruppen
Eine dynamische Gruppe ist eine Google Group, deren Mitgliedschaften automatisch über eine Mitgliedschaftsabfrage oder eine Abfrage nach Mitarbeiterattributen wie Job- oder Gebäudestandort verwaltet werden.
Eine Mitgliedschaftsabfrage kann beispielsweise "alle Nutzer mit der Jobrolle 'Technischer Autor' in meiner Organisation" sein.
Im Rahmen der Gruppendefinition stellen Sie die Abfrage bereit. Google sorgt dann dafür, dass alle entsprechenden Nutzer in Ihrer Organisation Mitglieder der Gruppe werden.
Mitgliedschaftsabfragen werden in CEL (Common Expression Language) geschrieben. Dies ist die Standardsprache für das Schreiben von Ausdrücken für Google Cloud APIs.
Obwohl dynamische Gruppen anders erstellt werden als Google Groups, werden sie für dieselben Zwecke verwendet. Dynamische Gruppen werden als E-Mail-Gruppen verwendet, um E-Mails an eine bestimmte Gruppe von Personen zu senden, sowie für die Verwaltung von Identity and Access Management (IAM) und Google Workspace-Richtlinien.
