Eventarc allows events to be asynchronously delivered from
third-party providers to interested subscribers. See

After a provider signs on with Eventarc, any subscriber can
subscribe to that provider's events. To sign on with Eventarc,
a provider must complete the following steps:
Offering an Eventarc source requires that you sign up as a
provider. To offer an Eventarc source to your customers, you
must complete the following steps:
Register as an event provider
by completing the form that captures the event details specific to your
system. After you submit the form, we will contact you to discuss next steps.

Verify the configuration by
testing the event subscription flow
using the test publisher and subscriber projects you indicated during the
registration.
When your configuration is working as expected, email

to schedule a meeting to review the developer experience, understand use
cases, and discuss the launch and announcement strategy.
After launching as a provider, you can publish events to any subscribers using
the publisher project indicated by you during your registration.
