Updates a space.

PATCH https://apigee.googleapis.com/v1/{name=organizations/*/spaces/*}

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

`name`	`string` Required. Name of the space in the following format: `organizations/{org}/spaces/{spaceId}`.
