Method: media.download

Download a file attached to a case.

When this endpoint is called, no "response body" will be returned. Instead, the attachment's blob will be returned.

Note: HTTP requests must append "?alt=media" to the URL.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters

The name of the file attachment to download.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body is empty.

Authorization scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloudsupport
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
