Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent:
secretmanager.secrets.create

A secret ID is a string with a maximum length of 255 characters and can contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and the hyphen (-) and underscore (_) characters.

The request body contains an instance of Secret

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of Secret

Requires the following OAuth scope:
