Values:
IMPORT_JOB_VIEW_UNSPECIFIED (0):
The import job view is not specified. The API
displays the basic view by default.
IMPORT_JOB_VIEW_BASIC (1):
The import job view includes basic metadata
of an import job. This view does not include
payload information.
IMPORT_JOB_VIEW_FULL (2):
The import job view includes all metadata of
an import job.
