O Network Connectivity Center fornece conectividade de malha completa entre cada spoke com
o recurso de transferência de dados ativado. Se todos os spokes tiverem o recurso ativado,
o Network Connectivity Center propagará todas as rotas que um spoke aprender para os demais
spokes.

Na topologia anterior, os Spokes A, B e C estão associados ao mesmo hub
e usam o Cloud Router para divulgar prefixos no hub.
Para ativar o tráfego de local para local em várias regiões por hubs e spokes, é necessário
ativar o roteamento global
na rede VPC associada aos hub e spokes.
Se todos os spokes estiverem localizados na mesma região, o roteamento global não
será necessário, porque o tráfego de local para local funciona sem ativar o roteamento global.
