For more\ninformation about locations within Google Cloud, see [Geography and regions](/docs/geography-and-regions).\n\nHow locations work in Migrate to Virtual Machines\n-------------------------------------------------\n\nWhen you install the Migrate Connector on vSphere, you select a\nGoogle Cloud region. The source VMs migrated using that connector are then\nassociated with the chosen region.\n\nTo migrate VMs to multiple regions, you must install and configure a separate\nMigrate Connector for each supported Google Cloud region. You can use a\nsingle project to perform migrations to multiple regions.
