Deletes a single TrustConfig.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

`name`	`string` Required. A name of the TrustConfig to delete. Must be in the format `projects//locations//trustConfigs/*`. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource `name`: `certificatemanager.trustconfigs.delete`

`etag`	`string` Optional. The current etag of the TrustConfig. If an etag is provided and does not match the current etag of the resource, deletion will be blocked and an ABORTED error will be returned.

The request body must be empty.

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Operation.
