Erforderliche Berechtigungen für den Zugriff auf die Empfehlungen im FinOps-Hub
Zum Zugriff auf den FinOps-Hub und zum Aufrufen der verfügbaren Empfehlungen, des FinOps-Werts und der CUD-Optimierungsmesswerte benötigen Sie die Rolle Rechnungskontoadministrator oder Rechnungskontobetrachter für Ihr Cloud-Rechnungskonto.
Zum Anzeigen der Empfehlungsdetailbereiche benötigen Sie die Rolle Projektbetrachter für alle Projekte, für die Sie Empfehlungen aufrufen möchten, sowie Recommender-spezifische Berechtigungen. In der Liste der FinOps-Hub-Kosten-Recommender finden Sie die Recommender, die zu Hub-Messwerten beitragen. Das Dashboard „Empfehlungen“
Im Dashboard Empfehlungen können Sie alle FinOps-Empfehlungen prüfen, die Details zu den Empfehlungen aufrufen, Empfehlungen zur Prüfung an andere senden und Empfehlungen anwenden, um Ihre Cloud-Kosten zu optimieren.
Wenn Sie das Dashboard Empfehlungen zum ersten Mal öffnen, werden standardmäßig alle Einsparungsempfehlungen für alle Dienste und Projekte angezeigt, einschließlich nicht projektspezifischer Einsparungen.
Mit den Drop-down-Menüs Dienste und Projekte können Sie die Seite auf eine kleinere Anzahl von Empfehlungen beschränken.
Die Optionen in den Drop-down-Menüs Dienste und Projekte sind auf Dienste und Projekte mit aktiven Empfehlungen beschränkt.
Wenn Sie einen einzelnen Dienst auswählen oder nur einige der Projekte ansehen, werden die Werte in der Zusammenfassung (z. B. Realisierte Einsparungen im letzten Monat oder Potenzielle Einsparungen pro Monat) und die Empfehlungen in der Liste entsprechend aktualisiert.
Die Projektoption Nicht projektspezifische Einsparungen gilt für Kosten und Gutschriften, die auf Rechnungskontoebene berechnet werden, z. B. für Vertragsgebühren.
Die Einsparungen durch die zugesicherte Nutzung werden anhand von Kosten und Gutschriften berechnet, die sowohl auf Rechnungskonto- als auch auf Projektebene angewendet werden. Wenn Sie die Ansicht „Empfehlungen“ auf Projektunspezifische Einsparungen beschränken, werden in der Zusammenfassung der Einsparungen möglicherweise negative Beträge angezeigt. If you limit your recommendations view to *Savings not specific to a project* , you might see negative amounts in the savings summary. To view the most accurate CUD recommendations and *realized CUD savings*, select all projects.\n- Use the *optimization category* tabs to focus your list of recommendations to a specific savings category, such as switching off idle resources, right-sizing instances, or purchasing additional CUDs.\n- Use the filter_list **Filter** feature to select list properties to narrow your results.\n- If you have the [Recommender Viewer role](/iam/docs/understanding-roles#recommender.viewer) on your Cloud Billing account, you can select a recommendation to get further details and to apply the recommendation.
