Request to update an existing BuildTrigger.

Attributes
Name	Description
`project_id`	`str` Required. ID of the project that owns the trigger.
`trigger_id`	`str` Required. ID of the `BuildTrigger` to update.
`trigger`	`google.cloud.devtools.cloudbuild_v1.types.BuildTrigger` Required. `BuildTrigger` to update.
`update_mask`	`google.protobuf.field_mask_pb2.FieldMask` Update mask for the resource. If this is set, the server will only update the fields specified in the field mask. Otherwise, a full update of the mutable resource fields will be performed.
