Como ativar a integração do Dropbox no hub de ações do Looker
Se você for administrador do Looker, poderá configurar uma ação para permitir que os usuários selecionem dados no Looker e os enviem ao serviço de hospedagem de arquivos do Dropbox como um evento único ou em uma programação.
Para ativar a ação no Looker:
Acesse a página Ações na seção Plataforma do painel Administrador.
Selecione Ativar ao lado da ação do Dropbox para abrir a página de ação do Dropbox.
Na página de ação do Dropbox, selecione o botão Ativado para ativar a ação.
Selecione Salvar. Você vai receber uma mensagem de ação de teste.
Agora, os usuários podem enviar ou programar dados para um arquivo ou pasta do Dropbox.
Como enviar dados para o Dropbox
Você pode selecionar dados no Looker e enviá-los para o serviço de hospedagem de arquivos do Dropbox como um evento único ou em uma programação. Se o administrador tiver ativado a ação do Dropbox, a opção vai aparecer quando você estiver enviando ou programando dados.
Para enviar conteúdo do Looker ao Dropbox:
No menu Enviar ou Programar de uma Análise ou um Look, em Para onde esses dados devem ir?, selecione Dropbox para acessar as opções de envio do Dropbox.
Se você estiver enviando ou programando em um painel, selecione Programar uma entrega no menu de opções de três pontos do painel, em Destino, e Dropbox.
Selecione Fazer login para abrir a página de login do Dropbox. Você só precisa fazer isso uma vez. Se você já fez login no Dropbox pelo Looker, pule para a etapa 6.
Faça login na sua conta do Dropbox na página de login do Dropbox.
Cada usuário precisa fazer login em uma conta do Dropbox na primeira vez que usar a integração. Depois de fazer login em uma conta do Dropbox, não é possível sair ou mudar de conta no Looker. Faça login em uma conta do Dropbox que seja adequada para o Looker acessar. Para desconectar aplicativos de terceiros, como o Looker, no Dropbox, consulte a página de documentação do Dropbox Como gerenciar apps de terceiros no Dropbox. Desconectar ou alternar contas pode interromper as programações recorrentes que você configurou com a integração do Dropbox.
Depois de fazer login, selecione Permitir para que o Dropbox conclua a conexão da conta com o Looker. Assim, você pode enviar ou programar entregas para pastas específicas na sua conta do Dropbox. Depois de selecionar essa opção, a página de login do Dropbox será fechada, e você será redirecionado para o menu Enviar ou Programar do Looker para concluir a configuração de envio.
No menu Enviar ou Programar do Looker, selecione Verificar credenciais para carregar as opções de entrega do Dropbox.
No menu suspenso Selecionar pasta para salvar o arquivo, selecione a pasta do Dropbox para onde você quer enviar ou programar o envio dos dados. O menu suspenso mostra as pastas de nível superior no Dropbox.
No campo Insira um nome, insira o nome do arquivo para a entrega de dados. Você pode especificar uma subpasta atual para entrega ou criar uma nova subpasta nesse campo usando a sintaxe name_of_subfolder/file_name. Exemplo:
Se você selecionar a pasta "Início" no menu suspenso Selecionar pasta para salvar o arquivo e especificar Looker/Data Deliveries/Business Overview no campo Digite um nome, o Looker vai nomear a entrega como "Visão geral da empresa" e salvá-la na subpasta "Entregas de dados" da pasta do Looker no Dropbox.
Se o diretório especificado não existir (Looker/Data Deliveries, neste caso), o Looker vai criá-lo.
Configure as outras opções de envio.
Salve suas seleções para programações ou selecione Enviar para entregas únicas de Looks ou Explorações.
Para painéis, selecione Salvar para todos os tipos de envio.

[You can send Looker content](/looker/docs/scheduling#delivery_options) to Dropbox in instant, one-time content deliveries or in periodic, recurring content deliveries --- also called *schedules*.\n\nData sent to dropbox is limited to 5,000 rows.\n\nTo use the Dropbox action in Looker:\n\n1. A Looker admin [enables the Dropbox integration in the Looker Action Hub](#enabling_the_dropbox_integration_in_the_looker_action_hub). This step is only required once.\n2. A Looker user [selects Dropbox as the destination for a delivery](#delivering_data_to_dropbox).\n\nEnabling the Dropbox integration in the Looker Action Hub\n---------------------------------------------------------\n\nIf you are a Looker admin, you can set up an action to let users select data in Looker and send it to the Dropbox file-hosting service, either as a one-off event or on a schedule.\n\nTo enable the action in Looker:\n\n1. Navigate to the [**Actions**](/looker/docs/admin-panel-platform-actions) page in the **Platform** section of the **Admin** panel.\n2. Select **Enable** next to the Dropbox action to open the Dropbox action page.\n3. On the Dropbox action page, select the **Enabled** switch to enable the action.\n4. Select **Save**. You should see a Test Action message.\n\nNow your users can send or schedule data to a Dropbox file or folder.\n\nDelivering data to Dropbox\n--------------------------\n\nYou can select data in Looker and send it to the Dropbox file-hosting service either as a one-off event or on a schedule. If your admin has enabled the Dropbox action, you will see the option when you're sending or scheduling data.\n\nTo send Looker content to Dropbox:\n\n1. In the **Send** or **Schedule** menu of an [Explore or a Look](/looker/docs/delivering-looks-explores), under **Where should this data go?** , select **Dropbox** to access Dropbox delivery options.\n\n If you're sending or scheduling from a [dashboard](/looker/docs/scheduling-and-sending-dashboards), from the **Schedule a delivery** option in the dashboard's three-dot option menu, under **Destination** , select **Dropbox**.\n2. Select **Log in** to open the Dropbox login page. You'll only need to do this once. If you have previously logged in to Dropbox from Looker, skip to step 6.\n\n3. Log in to your Dropbox account on the Dropbox login page.\n\n \u003e Each individual user must log in to a Dropbox account the first time they use the Dropbox integration. Once you log in to a Dropbox account, you cannot log out or change accounts from Looker. Make sure you log in to a Dropbox account that is appropriate for Looker to access. To disconnect third-party applications like Looker in Dropbox, see the [How to manage third-party apps on Dropbox](https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/third-party/third-party-apps) Dropbox documentation page. Disconnecting or switching accounts may break any existing recurring schedules you have set up with the Dropbox integration.\n4. Once you log in, you must select **Allow** for Dropbox to complete the account connection with Looker. This lets you send or schedule deliveries to specific folders in your Dropbox account. Once you select this option, the Dropbox login page will close and you will be redirected to the Looker **Send** or **Schedule** menu to complete the delivery configuration.\n\n5. In the Looker **Send** or **Schedule** menu, select **Verify credentials** to load the Dropbox delivery options.\n\n6. In the **Select folder to save file** drop-down menu, select the Dropbox folder to which you'd like to send or schedule your data delivery. The drop-down menu displays the top-level folders in your Dropbox.\n\n7. In the **Enter a name** field, enter the filename for your data delivery. You can either specify an existing subfolder for delivery or create a new subfolder in this field by using the syntax `name_of_subfolder/file_name`. For example:\n\n - If you select the Home folder from the **Select folder to save file** drop-down menu and then specify `Looker/Data Deliveries/Business Overview` in the **Enter a name** field, Looker will name the delivery \"Business Overview\" and save it in the Data Deliveries subfolder of the Looker folder in your Dropbox.\n - If the specified directory doesn't exist --- `Looker/Data Deliveries` in this case --- Looker will create it.\n8. Configure the remaining options for your delivery.\n\n9. Save your selections for schedules or select **Send** for one-time deliveries for Looks or Explores.\n For dashboards, select **Save** for all delivery types."]]
