Share your conversations

You can share your previous conversations with the assistant. When you share a conversation with someone, they can see all of the existing content of the conversation, including your prompts, the assistant's responses, and any generated content such as images or videos. They won't see any new prompts, responses, or generated content.

Share a conversation

To share a conversation with the assistant, do the following:

1. To share your current conversation, click the share icon.

2. To share a previous conversation:

   1. In the sidebar of your Gemini Enterprise workspace, under Recents, hover over the chat you want to share.

   2. Click the more_vert icon.

   

   1. Click Share.

3. Click Create link. A link to the conversation is automatically copied to your system clipboard.

View and manage your shared conversations

To view a list of conversations you've shared, do the following:

1. Navigate to your Gemini Enterprise app.

2. Click the settings icon.

3. Click Shared chats.

   

For each shared conversation, you can see the title, when the conversation was shared, and the link. You can also delete the shared conversation.
