Looks up the history of the specified Environment.

GET https://{endpoint}/v3beta1/{name=projects/*/locations/*/agents/*/environments/*}:lookupEnvironmentHistory
Where {endpoint} is one of the supported service endpoints.
The URLs use gRPC Transcoding syntax.
