Go 1.11 has reached end of support
and will be deprecated
on January 31, 2026. After deprecation, you won't be able to deploy Go 1.11
applications, even if your organization previously used an organization policy to
re-enable deployments of legacy runtimes. Your existing Go
1.11 applications will continue to run and receive traffic after their
deprecation date. We
recommend that you migrate to the latest supported version of Go.
Program aebundler turns a Go app into a fully self-contained tar file.
The app and its subdirectories (if any) are placed under "."
and the dependencies from $GOPATH are placed under ./_gopath/src.
A main func is synthesized if one does not exist.
A sample Dockerfile to be used with this bundler could look like this:
[[["Easy to understand","easyToUnderstand","thumb-up"],["Solved my problem","solvedMyProblem","thumb-up"],["Other","otherUp","thumb-up"]],[["Hard to understand","hardToUnderstand","thumb-down"],["Incorrect information or sample code","incorrectInformationOrSampleCode","thumb-down"],["Missing the information/samples I need","missingTheInformationSamplesINeed","thumb-down"],["Other","otherDown","thumb-down"]],["Last updated 2025-08-04 UTC."],[[["Version 1.6.7 of the `aebundler` package is documented, with version 1.6.8 being the latest available version."],["The `aebundler` program converts a Go application into a self-contained tar file."],["The application and its subdirectories are stored in \".\", while dependencies from `$GOPATH` are located in `./_gopath/src`."],["If a main function is absent in the application, `aebundler` creates one."],["A sample Dockerfile is provided to demonstrate how to use the `aebundler` program."]]],[]]
