Quem recebe as notificações de aviso de segurança e privacidade
As notificações de aviso entram em contato com diferentes usuários, dependendo se a notificação é enviada para uma organização ou um projeto.
Contatos da organização
As notificações de aviso são integradas aos
contatos essenciais para identificar quais usuários precisam receber
notificações. Com os contatos essenciais, você pode controlar quem recebe
notificações fornecendo uma lista de contatos. As notificações consultivas de segurança e privacidade
são enviadas para os contatos nas categorias Segurança e Todos no
nível da organização. Para saber mais, consulte

Se os Contatos essenciais não tiverem sido configurados,
as notificações de aviso serão enviadas aos contatos
padrão, que são determinados pelos papéis do Identity and Access Management.
Se um ou mais usuários tiverem recebido o papel de Administrador da organização (roles/resourcemanager.organizationAdmin),
somente eles serão contatados. Se nenhum usuário recebeu o papel de administrador
da organização, as notificações de aviso passam para o
próximo papel na hierarquia e determinam se um ou mais usuários receberam
o papel básico de proprietário (roles/owner) em qualquer projeto da organização. Se
algumas forem encontradas, apenas elas serão contatadas. Por fim, se nenhum usuário recebeu o papel de Administrador da organização ou Proprietário do projeto, as notificações de aviso entram em contato com os usuários que receberam o papel de Administrador da conta de faturamento (roles/billing.admin) em qualquer conta de faturamento da organização.
Contatos do projeto
Quando uma notificação é enviada a um projeto, as notificações de aviso entram em contato com os papéis do Identity and Access Management na ordem a seguir. Se um ou mais usuários tiverem recebido
o papel básico de proprietário (roles/owner) no projeto, apenas eles serão contatados. Caso contrário, se nenhum usuário tiver recebido o papel de proprietário do projeto, as notificações de aviso vão entrar em contato com qualquer usuário que tenha recebido o papel de administrador da conta de faturamento (roles/billing.admin) na conta de faturamento associada ao projeto, se houver.
Recusando
As notificações de consultoria de segurança e privacidade são obrigatórias. Não é possível desativar
essas notificações.

Essential Contacts lets you control who receives\nnotifications by providing a list of contacts. Security and privacy advisory notifications\nare sent to contacts in the **Security** and **All** categories at the\n**organization level** . For more information, see\n[Managing contacts for notifications](/resource-manager/docs/managing-notification-contacts).\n\nIf Essential Contacts hasn't been configured,\nAdvisory Notifications sends notifications to the default\ncontacts, which are determined by Identity and Access Management roles.\n\nIf one or more users have been granted the **Organization Administrator** role (`roles/resourcemanager.organizationAdmin`) on the organization,\nonly they are contacted. If no users have been granted the **Organization\nAdministrator** role, then Advisory Notifications moves on to the\nnext role in the hierarchy and determines if one or more users have been granted\nthe **Owner** basic role (`roles/owner`) on any project owned by the organization. If\nany are found, only they are contacted. Finally, if no users have been granted\nthe **Organization Administrator** or **Project Owner** role,\nAdvisory Notifications contacts any users who have been granted\nthe **Billing Account Administrator** role (`roles/billing.admin`) on any billing account owned by the\norganization.\n\n### Project contacts\n\nWhen a notification is sent to a project, Advisory Notifications contacts Identity and Access Management roles in the following order. If one or more users have been granted\nthe **Owner** basic role (`roles/owner`) on the project, only they are contacted. Otherwise, if no users have been granted\nthe **Project Owner** role,\nAdvisory Notifications contacts any users who have been granted\nthe **Billing Account Administrator** role (`roles/billing.admin`) on the billing account associated with the\nproject, if it exists.\n\nOpting out\n----------\n\nSecurity and Privacy Advisory notifications are mandatory.
