Os clusters anexados são controlados por meio de uma região do Google Cloud que executa a API
e os serviços compatíveis com um cluster anexado. Ao anexar seu
cluster, você precisa especificar a região do Google Cloud que o controlará. Embora seja possível
escolher qualquer região, escolher uma que seja o mais próxima possível do cluster
vai reduzir a latência.
