本頁說明資源位置對 Backup for GKE 服務運作的影響。
GKE 備份功能提供兩種頂層資源 (BackupPlans 和 RestorePlans)。這些資源一律會在資源階層中建立，包括專案 ID 和位置。GKE 備份是區域服務，因此其位置一律為Google Cloud 區域。
GKE 備份資源區域有下列影響：
BackupPlan定義儲存
BackupPlan產生的所有備份構件 (包括設定備份和磁碟區備份) 的區域。如果使用BackupPlan備份的叢集與BackupPlan位於不同區域，執行備份時可能會產生跨區域資料移轉費用。定義 CMEK 金鑰的允許區域 (請參閱「關於 CMEK 加密」)。 如要註冊 CMEK 金鑰來加密備份構件，金鑰必須與
BackupPlan位於相同區域。
RestorePlan- 定義備份構件的還原區域。
RestorePlan中參照的目標叢集必須是與RestorePlan位於相同區域的區域或區域叢集。如果RestorePlan區域與BackupPlan區域不同，執行還原作業時可能會產生跨區域資料移轉費用。
