Release 2.2 (2024-05-23)
Added support for content cards, which are a new way to control the look and feel of the chat window. Content cards include customizable components like titles, subtitles, images, buttons, text, and link embedding. Possible implementations include message boxes, carousel messages, banners, and "call to action" buttons that direct the end-user to a web page that you want to highlight.
Added support for displaying previous chats to end-users and agents. Displaying previous chats requires setting up external storage and storing chat transcripts.
Release 2.19 (2024-04-17)
- Added new customization options for co-browse. This includes more flexibility in the look and feel of the co-browse consent dialog and the addition of a button to end a co-browse session.
