This guide describes how to set up, configure, and maintain Google Agentspace for users in your organization. It also provides information about viewing analytics, accessing logs, and performing administrative tasks.
Before you begin
Before your organization can use Google Agentspace, ensure that appropriate access is granted, set up roles and permissions, and configure your identity provider. You must also acquire a subscription and manage licenses for your users.
To verify that you have the necessary prerequisites, see Before you begin.
To learn about subscriptions and licenses, see Get licenses for Google Agentspace.
For information about using Identity and Access Management (IAM) and setting up your identity provider, see IAM roles and permissions and Configure identity provider.
Connect data to apps, agents, and assistants
To enable your users to search for and interact with your enterprise data, connect your company data sources to Google Agentspace. You can then create Google Agentspace apps and assistants. You can also use Knowledge Graph to connect people data, content, and interaction data, providing better search experiences for your users.
To learn about Google Agentspace apps, connectors, and data stores, see About apps and data stores and Introduction to connectors and data stores.
To connect your enterprise data sources, see Connect a Google data source and Connect a third-party data source.
